When Jessica Chalk founded myStoria, it was a response to a deeply personal experience. After six years of navigating the overwhelming and often isolating world of infertility, she saw the need for a platform that could simplify the process and provide the kind of support she had searched for herself.

Today, myStoria launches as a resource for fertility patients seeking clarity, organization, and connection. With features like a centralized fertility profile, a medical document organizer, and access to personalized guidance, myStoria is designed to ease the complexity of fertility care and help patients feel more empowered in their interactions with care providers.

At its heart, myStoria is about more than tools—it’s about building a sense of community and understanding in a space where many feel alone. Backed by a dedicated team and a distinguished Medical Advisory Board, myStoria is working to make fertility care more compassionate, accessible, and supportive for all.
